I got a P4T-E with an I478 Northwood 1.8 Cpu I use pc-probe v.2.16.1 and i got 20 deg. hotter in pc-probe monitor than real temp in bios monitor
The proof is easy to do,..power off for 1 hour,..than boot and go in bios to check temp monitor,..MB temp and Cpu temp should be almost the same,..than boot in winXP and check temp in pc-prob you should find 20 deg hotter on cpu,..so the bios temp IS the good one.
Pc-prob,..mean to me Pc-Prob..lems.
Asus Do your job,..and Write a new Workin Version.!!!
