i have recently been checking my cpu and case temps (using the BIOS and motherboard monitor 5). [all temps in cel.]. the case reads around 28 idle and 30 on load. which i thought was pretty good. the cpu however reads around 38-40 idle and 68 on load. which i think is a bit too hot. ive got stock cooling and im not overclocking it. has anyone got any suggestions on what to do?

What motherboard do you have?
Abit IC series - your temp is okay because IC series board report higher temp than actual; Asus P4P(c)800 reports lower.
