i was thinking about overclocking this to 3.2ghz with an abit bh7 motherboard. does any know if this is too much? or can i keep on going? please post what i should overclock to.

It depends on your cpu core, slowly raise your bus, and when it goes no higher, add more voltage and keep going. When that stops working, then you've hit your max.
