This has been going on for some time now, and I am not sure how to fix this. I can't adjust a great deal of settings in BIOS and have never overclocked the CPU. I am infection free (Norton, AVG, ComboFix).
How can I figure out what is wrong, and wether or not it is fixable? Thank you in advance :)

You have the CPU frequency set incorrectly. Your CPU is supposed to run at 18 x 133MHz (533MHz FSB) but you have it clocked at 18 x 100MHz (400MHz FSB). Assuming your motherboard supports 533MHz FSB, all you have to do is change the frequency from 100MHz to 133MHz.
