I have an MSI 645 Ultra ARU mobo and as I remember the latest bios update.
The problem is that when I o/c my cpu at 2 ghz (113 fsb) ,there is no problem at all in windows or games (no crash ect), but when I restart my pc some times (not always) doesn't boot up normaly and stands powered up but no signal at the monitor. When I push the reset button the pc boots normaly.
The strange thing is that the first time that this prob occured the fsb speed changed by it self at the default settings (100 fsb).
Now , I have two questions ...
1) Why this happens.
2) Why when I put the fsb at 133 it does not change at all and stays at 100 ...

Note: I have 256 mb Kingstone 266 ddr memory cl 2.5

Thanks

My PSU is 350W Herolchi.

But I have found some unpleasant postings in MSI's forum about my motherboard and the funny thing is that nobody has the answer for the warm boot problem.

As for my 1.8A not going to O/C at 2.4 (133 FSB) its very possible that my CPU is not going to o/c that high ever :( (@^!(#$*@!)
