highly unlikely with a branded system like a vaio...get another motherboard and then you can only overclock the FSB, since the pentiums are multiplier locked..systems like compaq, dell,HP,sony are designed for the user not to be able to overclock

Overclocking the new Athlon 64 3200+ hmmmm. Twould seem that Athlon have produced another processor - and though it says its a 3200 its clock speed is simply 2000MHz. And yet the Barton 2700 clocks in at 2.1 Ghz - wots up with this. I am wondering whether to buy a motherboard (MSI of course) - socket A OEM and just buy a barton 2800 or get the new Athlon 65 (which does look beautiful) with the 3200. Would i be able to overclock the 3200 - after all it comes with a cooler - so wot overclocking speeds are we talking about though?
