Intel boards are generally a poor choice for overclocking. Either your board is overclockable or it's not. Have you entered the BIOS & looked at what setting options are available?

"I don't even have the BIOS option"

Yes you do...ALL boards have a BIOS. You just have to know how to get to it. You have to press the correct key during bootup & you have to press it at the right time. It could be DEL, F1, F2, F10, etc. Different manufacturer's use different keys. DEL is the most common. It may even tell you which key on the boot screen...something like, "Press DEL to enter setup"

From you complete lack of Knowledge That I get from your responses I would really suggest(demand) that you change nothing. If you cannot FIND the bios you should NOT adjust the bios as I have the highest amount of confidence you have no idea what the bios terms mean. Ask yourself, do I really want to #*&%# my computer today...

Your board has ZERO overclock features. Moreover, it's an mATX PCB, so you really shouldn't hope for much to begin with. You can try the software overclock approach, but with your limited knowledge, you are probably better off accepting the defeat.

Better luck next time :-(

The setup screen IS in/part of the BIOS. As people have said you should probably leave it alone if you have no idea what your doing. I've found that most software overclocking methods are pretty unstable and often dont support your chipset.
