want to overclock my x4200 on my asus a8n sli deluxe motherboard and need some help as new to this

The X2 4200+ has similar performance to a 3500+ Venice, except in applications that benefit from dual core. Overclock the same as you would any other A64.... hi its sidney i have changed to x4 and altered cpu freq to 220 but what are the other settings jam is on about and i do have pc 3200
