"there is no options in BIOS for voltage and overclock settings"

Exactly...you have a Fujitsu Siemens

"Is there anyway i can overclock my CPU a little from software"

Possibly...search for CPUFSB or CLOCKGEN & see if they support your board

"I do not want to get a new MOBO"

If you wanna overclock (& with that setup, I don't know why), you'll have to invest in a "real" motherboard

Asus A7N8X-X
1800+ @ 8 x 210MHz
768MB PC3200
Asus A9550 128MB/128-bit
WinME/WinXP Pro

your only option is using software-based fsb overclocking like setfsb. However, you're greatly limited by how much you can increase, since it'll affect your pci and agp speeds.

The correct and best way is to get an overclock-friendly board. It'll give you settings so you can finetune an overclock. If you do not want to get a new motherboard, then you really should settle for what you have now.

With your cpu/ram/graphics card, you'd greatly see an effect with a nice overclock. I have a similar system

The reason why some motherboards don't let you control the settings is to prevent you from overclocking (ie: intel motherboards)
