How the heck do you overclock Radeon 9200 ?I tried using radeonator but of no use and i checked up some sites saying that 9200 CANNOT be overclocked in any case! But i suppose it can be done through bios tweaking( i am not sure). If it can be, please tell me how to do it! I want to overclock it to PRO levels

I have a 9200. This is how I overclocked mine.

First, you need the "Omega Drivers." You should remove your current ATI drivers then install these. These drivers will allow your card to be overclocked.

Second, you need a program called "RivaTuner." This is the program that actually overclocks your GPU clock and memory clock.

Good Luck.

What is the safe level to which the card can be overclocked, without busting the card?( I'm not planning to use water cooling kit or any other physical stuff !)

You'll see artifacts on the monitor when you've gone too far. I just use Aquamark3 and 3DMark03 to benchmark my changes. Artifacts should show up on 3DMark03 first. Back off to the last stable setting and go for it.

when i installed catalyst driver 4.1 ( which came along with the card) my internal DAC showed 400 MHZ( for Radeon 9200) but when i installed catalyst driver 4.4 it is showing 500 MHZ. How is this possible when this card has memory clock much lower than the above two frequencies.
