What mobo? Memory settings? CPU to Dram ratio (5:4)? Something's not right for your temps, unless you are referring to F instead of C and you are in a very cold room with case open. SP94 should be able to drop your CPU temp a few degrees, but if you are in near zero environment it won't show much difference.

I am speechless; 30F Mobo that's below freezing. If I could remember my 1st grade teacher told me 32F water began to become solid which was called ice.

Hey, if you can't feel the cold. You do need that heatpipe to keep you WARM.

If your RAM is not TWINX 3200LL, I think your timings are little tight. I believe the stock setting is 2-3-3-6 for a regular XMS C2 pair at stock speed. At your FSB, your memory is running as DDR433, it's a little too tight. But this may not be the reason the system reboots. I suspect your mobo turns off the computer because of overheating:
Something is wrong with your temp sensors or the monitoring program. Try to get into the BIOS to see what the temps are.

If you are running 270FSB, try 3:2 memory ratio, 5:4 won't cut with Corsair. I have one set up with Corsair PC3200 running at 268 and 5:4 won't make it. And, 270FSB means your memory is running at 540 mhz not 433.

On other hand, the 2nd system is running with pair of Apacer PC3200 at 1:1 ratio and 260FSB with no problem at all.

Are you sure, real_cool, that 5:4 270FSB makes the ram run at 540? :-)

I am running it now. IC7, 2.4C, Apacer PC3200 2.7 Volt, 5:4 ratio.

If I set it to 260FSB, 1:1 ratio, hitting 6000mb/s. I have two IC7, one IS7 and of course one NF7 for AMD.

Does your IC7 have the same problem as the IC7-MAX3 with the 5:4 ratio? If it's really 5:4, your ram should be running at 433. If your ram runs at 540, the real ratio is 1:1.
