|The netburst architecture used in the P4 is very inefficient...to make up for that inefficiency it's recommended to run the RAM frequency faster than the CPU frequency. The ratio should be either 3:4 or 4:5, depending on the hardware config. You apparently have the CPU:DRAM ratio set at 1:1. With an 800MHz FSB CPU, the ratio *should* be 3:4. Once you get the ratio set correctly, the RAM frequency will increase accordingly when you overclock the CPU. To get the RAM to run at 333MHz (667MHz DDR) while mainatining the 3:4 ratio, you'd have to set the RAM to 266MHz (533MHz DDR) & increase the CPU freq to 250MHz.|
Disable AI Overclocking & do your overclocking manually.
