i would just like to know what would be a safe speed to over clock my 3.0 prescott p4 its the one that shows 2 logical procers but its only 1 phisycal. it run at 39-45c at the moment but i want to get it to about 3.4 is that a safe speed ??

That's a S478 Prescott which runs hotter than LGA775. For reference, my 2.8E on P4P800 deluxe has been running @3.5 GHz since Feb. Make sure you have very good power supply before Ocing any Prescott.
