overclocking P4 2.2Ghz Northwood

How much is it possible to overclock P4 2.2Ghz and which cooler or fan do u use?
I have Titan P4 2-2.4Ghz, Abit SD7 mainboard.
Iam also trying to overclock my memory Samsung 256Mb 333Mhz a little bit.
Any possitive expriences?

Check out www.tomshardware.com . They overclocked a 2.2ghz P4 to over 3ghz. Watercooling is needed though.
