Comment: I am overclocking my P4 1.8 on an Abit BD7ll motherboard. I've got it up to 2.4ghz no problems running on 134(cpu fsb)/88(AGP)/44(Pci) The PCI and AGP buses are already overclocked 11 mhz no problems, anyone think I could push it further? Another 2mhz out of the AGP and PCI buses and I've got 2.5 ghz. I've got space to play with with more volts, thought the CPu temp is running at 50-54 degrees C

Reply: (edit)Try it! Before I would up the voltage any more I think I would try to get a little more air on that CPU. People will think you have an AMD, with those temperatures. Although the P-4 is one tough CPU, and the 1.8 is a great overclocker, I would start feeling a little uneasy with a temperature over 55ºC. At times like these don't you just wish you could change the multiplier, just a little?

Reply: (edit)Hi, thanks for that, I can change the multiplier on my motherbard, but, to be honest, I haven't gotta clue what it is! I've just about got to grips with the rest of it, but I don't understand the multiplier, I've got it on x8 at the mo.
