Is it worth it? Because if it isn't I won't do it. I usually use it to play games.

No, it really isn't worth it. You don't say what motherboard you have, but you could probably pick up a Celeron 1.3GHz or something similar for £15.........

It depends on the games you play or want to play on it. For older games it may work but the newest on the market will not run.
If you can change the fsb from 66 to 100MHz give it a try as that brings you to 650MHz (use smaller steps if possible). A friend is even running MechWarrior4 Mercenaries (minimal requirement by microsoft - 700MHz Pentium3) on exactly that Celeron with a Voodoo-Banshee graphic card. Poor graphic as he had to disable nearly everything but it works.
Before you buy a new cpu for that board make sure it's supported by your board (there maybe difference depending on the revision of the board) and the latest bios for your board. Also check with www.powerleap.com if there is an adapter to upgrade.
BTW: 114$ for that combo (spliff) sounds good but you need also new Ram and very likely a new psu also!

Don't buy a celeron for games. Thats the biggest mistake you can make. Celerons 4 years ago might of been as good as P2s but celerons for the last 2 years have been awful. Too little cache caused to many cache misses. The P4 design doesn't run well without atleast 256L2 cache though 512 is what really gives it the performance everyone talks about. Celerons can produce about half the frame rate compared to their counterparts P4 at the same mhz speed.

But Celerons provide idle, stable temperature than P4.
