Raise the CPU frequency to 333MHz (1333MHz FSB), lower the RAM setting to 333MHz (DDR667) to match the CPU, lock the PCI-e at 100MHz. That will put the CPU at 3.0GHz with a FSB:DRAM ratio of 1:1

Burn or idle?

60C is a safe burn/full load temperature, but if it's idling at that temp, then you need to check your cooling setup.

The Firewall/Print/File Server:
1.26GHz PIII-S
1GB RAM
Radeon 9700 Pro
2 x GigE
Remote on/off
4 x 750GB HDDs
