I'm unsure How to OC my system. Some of my freinds say I won't be able to since it's a Big Box OEM. In Bios I see no options to change bus speed frequency only RAM. Could anyone lend a hand?

Thanks for the reply! I checked out those bits of software but I'm not getting the results I want. I think I'd like to purchase a new mb, one that is oc freindly and maybe new gfx cards but last winter I attempted this and found that most retail mb's aren't compatible w/my system. None of the components are in the right place. I believe my mb is a btx. You have any ideas? Anyone?
The BTX form factor was dumbazz idea Intel came out with to deal with the ridiculous heat issues with the P4 Prescott. They all but abandoned BTX when the Core 2 Duo was released because it doesn't have the heat issues of the P4, but the OEMs were stuck because they were set up for it.
Get rid of that system while it still has some value, then build or buy something decent.
