I have a HP Vectra VL400 socket 370. I have upgraded as far as i can (at least the fastest P3 anyone around here has) to a 1.0GHz Pentium 3. The bios and motherboard for no FSB increasing settings, are there any programs that i can use to overclock it? i have a high speed fan and heat sink. also is there a faster Pentium 3 and where could i get it? I also plan on upgrading to 512mb RAM.

One important thing about the Pentium3 There are two different versions who need a different socket. They are both names socket370 but the older one is FCPGA and the newer ones are FCPGA2. A FCPGA2 CPU will not work on a FCPGA socket but I'm not sure about the other way around! The last FCPGA CPUs had a coppermine core and ran up to 1,1GHz and the FCPGA2 CPUs had a tualatin core which started from 1GHz!
