I have a fairly decent laptop with a dual core Intel Centrino currently at 2GHz, 2 GB of ram and a 1 GB video ATI Radeon HD I've run Prime 95 Torture for 2 weeks straight while doing normal staff like play WoW or Call of Duty 4 while Talking on Skype getting a few torrents down ( 12 GB each) while listening music so I think I could over clock it to 2.52 GHz or 3 Help is appreciated greatly
Centrino is the name of the technology package, not the CPU. You have a Core 2 Duo. And the Radeon HD 3470 graphics are better than average, but low end for gaming.
Generally speaking, laptops aren't overclockable. Even if it's possible it's not adviseable due to the increase in temperature & decrease in battery life. Did you check the BIOS to see if any overclock options are available? You *may* have to use overclocking software, in which case the results will be very limited.
