compaq and other computer manfactures lock the BIOS functions for OC you will have to use programs to OC which probably wont work with your motherboard anyhow its a bit of a dead end!! Sorry for the Bad news Damian

As stated above, you're not gonna be able to overclock without the use of software.
HP/Compaq deliberately uses a crippled BIOS to prevent too much tampering...this cuts down on tech support calls from idiots who would crank their settings too high & then make their system unbootable.
Your system is old, it uses a weak Celeron CPU, PC133 RAM, & onboard graphics. Even with the O/C software, the max safe FSB increase would be 112MHz because anything higher will throw the PCI/AGP bus too far out of spec. That would increase your CPU speed from 1200MHz to 1344MHz, which I doubt would be noticeable.
Your board does have an AGP slot so if you're using the onboard video & the reason you wanna overclock is to improve gaming, you'd be better off installing an AGP video card. That would not only improve your video, but would return the "shared RAM" back to the system.
