I have an Intel mobo with PC2100 memory. Can i overclock the memory and the memory slots upp to say 300 or 333mhz?

If the board is made by intel then you wont be able to overclock. Intel dont make boards that can be overclocked. and you cant unlock the multiplier on the cpu.

You can probably overclock your memory to DDR 333 if you have good quality memory, but not with intel boards. Intel boards are very stable but they lack in options, not only for cpus but for other things like RAM frequency, RAM CAS latency etc.
Summary: I got the same board there is no option for this in the Bios but there are option for memory in Frequency/Voltage Control; DRAM Clock(MHZ) you can go upto 400 mhz but i left mind at AUTO & i got a 33...
