I am hoping someone could help. I was looking at buying a new cpu (Intel Core Duo 7500) but heard that I could overclock my current cpu safely. My question is how? I am new to this and would like some detailed help. My motherboard is an ASUS P5K.

You should have no problem getting it to run at 3.2GHz (8 x 400MHz) provided you know what you're doing.
