My FX5200 is at 250/400 (Stock) with the stock heatsink that come with fan. I use the "Detect Optimal Frequency" on Coolbits to oc my card and the optimal setting that it found is at 264/430. Should i go higher by manually increase it? Any other programs that are good for overclocking it?

U should pull out ur fx5200 and check on the ram chip for the RAM timing... It should say something like xxxxxxxx-4 or xxxxxxx-5... 4 Translaste 4ns and 5 for 5ns.. 4ns RAm is good for 250Mhz x 2 = 500Mhz and 5ns is good for 200Mhz x 2 = 400Mhz.. So if you have 4ns RAM 500Mhz RAM should be ok but 5ns 430Mhz is probally ur limit unless u raise the voltage for the video card... My video card is also FX5200 and had 4ns RAM and I o/c it from 250/403 to 276/515... Its an Asus V9520TD ->128bit memory...
