Comment: I have never overclocked a CPU but I want to start doing it for I heard it makes a big difference. So do y'all know of any sites/textfiles that I can use to learn how to overclock and AMD Athlon, AMD Athlon XP, P2, P3. Also I heard that you can configure your mother board to boost your CPU speed so you wouldn't even have to touch your CPU is this true? Also I bought a computer off an ebay person and I think he actually overclocked the CPU and said that he bought a AMD Athlon XP 2200 when it's really not... How can I tell? Thanks, -Andy

Reply: (edit)to OC, it really depends on the mobo and BIOS, first know that, then you'll know how to OC. as for the CPU, i run SiSoftware Sandra 2002, or just systems information in windows
