Ok, i got a compaq presario, and i want to overclock the processor, i have gotten a new case b/c my last one was too heavy, and this case has about 3 fans in it so i know it will be cool, i know the processor is like 700 mhz and i want to push it to 700mhz-1ghz and my motherboard bios dont have any opitons to change anything besides boot order and passwords and the time, if anyone could help me i would be really happy, thanks

Sorry but All Compaq Dell Hp Gateway Sony you name it if its a oem it dont overclock very well if at all

but look at mobo for jummpers for the fsb and muliplyers and slowly go up on fsb un till system is unstable the go with the highest setting that was stable

you can't overclock...period...no need to look for any options
