Here is the grim reminder, No matter how high you overclock your celeron you will not see any huge improvement. It's almost a waste of time. Budget processors are not good overclockers thanks in part to their smaller L2 cache.
You might see a small increase if you overclock it 600mhz faster then the defualt speed buyt you are not going to see anything big like you would with a Pentium 4 or Athlon 64.
