Overclocking Celeron 900Mhz

Is it safe to overclock my 900Mhz Celeron CPU, usually at 30º-35ºC, to 1.0 or 1.1 Ghz at 40º-42ºC? I know i can only do it increasing the fsb (original 100mhz) 'cause the multiplier is locked. I suppose the Sdram 133mhz supports it...? and the pci devices?? Thanks...

I think you'll be fine, maybe try and get a bigger heatsink/fan combo. At 1.1Gig you will be at 122FSB and that should work out nicely provided your motherboard can keep the pci and agb bus speed in check. I have had good luck with the earlier celerons like 566 celeron which uses a 66mhz fsb running at 112mhz FSB (air cooled 952mhz). Just increase FSB in small increments till it fails then up the cpu voltage one step and repeat. My experience shows that increasing the cpu core voltage up to 10% more than factory is safe but i wouldn't go more than that. Good luck.....
