The HD2600Pro isn't really a great card to begin with, but for $30, you can't beat it.

Explain what you mean by having "no luck". Did you run "find max core" and "find max mem"?

yea but neither of the programs will make any difference...they won't change the clock or the mem....

A download from Asus called smart doctor lets you OC like a madman, I just happen to have the asus version of the hd 2600, and I have it overclocked to 668core, and 1070 mem.
