CPU/Ram: intel 150mz, 128mb

would like to overclock an intel 150mz, 128mb of ram but don't know a thing about o/clock. can anybody point me in the right direction to start researching this area. the laptop is a compaq armada 7330t works great just a bit slow. i don't want to overdo it 233mhz or so is plenty. i don't think the laptop even has an internal fan.thanks.

I sell alot of these on eBay. Unfortunately, they do not have any jumper or software methods for overclocking laptops of that model (or any of the models within at least a year of it).
