Is it worth the effort to overclock an AMD-K6 333? Can you acheive a signifcant performance increase without losing stability??

Significant increase? probably not...it depends on your mobo & how you have it setup now. Are you running a 66mhz FSB? Do you have other settings? 75, 83, 100? If you can raise your FSB to 100mhz, you can run your CPU at 350mhz...there should be a noticeable increase with the higher FSB.
