Overclocking AMDk62475 please help

i have a via503+ running a amdk62 475 running at 450 cuse it wont boot at 475 i get invalid sys disk when try to boot at 475 i have a tnt2m64 with two hard drives on primary and a dvd and a cdrom on secendery with soundblaster pci512 and 256mb can any one help me to overclock it or run it at 475 with out having to disable cpu internal cach cuse its really slow when i disable it but it does work sometime when i disable it got all the latest pachtes and bios updates and yes the board does have the sticker that supports higher speed cant even over clock my fsb please help
