hello there, i'm new to overclocking. Can anyone please tell me how far can i overclock my AMD K6/2 450 MHz with 2.4 volt? Please provide the guidelines for overclocking too. Thank you.

Hello, you should be able to OC that 450 to atlest 550 MHZ depending on the Mobo your using.. I have an old 350 K6-2 2.2-2.4 V Default,, and i can run it @ 523 MHZ (5.5 * 95 mhz ) running @ 3.5 Volts,, Now i dont recommend you Get all excited as 3.5 Volts is enough to Boil a Chiken and Fry some Soup (or the other way round)..... anywho, a 450 is overclockable, but be prepared to Flush out that extra voltage for it, K6-2's are really picky about Ocing, i got my 350 to 400 MHZ only when i upped Voltage to 2.8 , considreing default is 2.2, this is high Hope this helps E-mail me if you wish
