Hey there. I have a AMD Athlon 64 3400+ currently running at 2.2 Ghz. Default Bios and all. What do I have to do to overclock it. At a safe speed mind you. And what should I do cooling wise. If I haven't given enough information please tell me what knowledge is needed to do so. Thankyou.

As Sabertooth eluded to...you're not gonna accomplish much with an eMachine. The BIOS is deliberately crippled to prevent too much user tampering. You can try the software approach but you're not gonna get very far.
