overclocking amd 2200+ on a7v8x-x

CPU/Ram: 1.8 1024 pc2700

i cannot change overclock because it says it must be in jumper free mode. How do i cahnge that? Also, im assuming the multiplier is the smaller number. I'm just learning how to overclock and I'm not too concerned with my cpu. Thnx.

Its all in the manual.

though i just got that motherboard 2 days ago and it was all set

I think you need to put the cpu fsb to 1-2 instead of 3. Then set the CPU mode to aggressive and increase the FSB/multipler :)
