Overclocking AMD 1600 on K7S5A m/b

Just curious what the easiest and safest way is to overclock my AMD 1600 athlon. I have a K7S5A Motherboard. I have tried looking at my bios settings and increasing the volts, however, I am unable to change the amount of volts (my bios will not allow me to change it).
I've read of an overclocking BIOS for this mobo by CHEEPOMAN...if it's not mentioned at the site posted above by 666, do a search...there's plenty of info out there about it...
BTW, he forgot the "N" in bench...this link will take you right to the K7S5A section:

Looked on the site, although I didn't find a sure way of overclocking. I am going to try the cheepoman's bios tomorrow... let me know if anyone else has any ideas.

I did a post earlier with me Overclocking my 1900xp on a K7S5A, The Cheepoman bios works :)
I'm now running at 150/150 which basicaly is an extra 200Mhz, from 1600mhz to 1800mhz.
XP terms = 1900XP to 2138XP :O)
