Can i overclock a Pentium 4 mobo if it is HP or costum mother board what is my chances of overclocking it. thank you

Unlikely because bios is proprietary. You could of course try to download bios from manufacturer of board, but might not work, i can't find my mobo listed on manufacturer website and am not willing to take the risk of frying the 1873 machine.
