You need to give us more info...

Whats you motherboard
whats type of ram do you have?

but the easiest way to overclock a P4 is to tweak the FSB(front side bus) in your Bios.

You should be able to get it up to atleast 2.0ghz.. depending on your Rama and Motherboard.
