well I am really new to overclocking I cant belive as longa s i have been in computers taht i am jut getting around to this but how do you overclock a graphics card i am kinda familiar with how you over clock a cpu but a graphics card? specifically a geforce 2mmx i aprreciate any help or if you can poitn me in direction of a website or something that will tell me

You have choice whether you want to over clock it using software or meddle with the BIOS and increase the AGP voltage (which is more dangerous to your card).

I'd recommend you use "Riva Tuner" to start with. It'll over clock you card to your desired speed and will warn you if you go too far.

A word of advice, you won't get much extra out of a Geforce 2 MX and graphics problems in games can occur.

I wouldnt recomend overclocking it. i had the same card and i overclocked it, it worked faster for a while then lots of little blue dots started to appear in every 3d game, i set it back to default but the damage was already done. Mine only had a heatsink for cooling though.

um.. yes everyone new and old with this overclocking thing dont forget overclocking means more heat which mean more wear and tear for cooling solutions check out antecs line of products
