Overclocking a Dell XPS D300

I got a used Dell XPS D300 and was wondering if I can use a diogostics menu to change the processor speed. I saw an option in it, but do not wnat to ruin my nuw used computer. Thanks

Unfortunately it is imposible to overclock dell or any other brandname computer
