Hello i will like to overclock this CPU it's running on a Windows XP Home Edition
it's my frist time so i will need info on how to overclock it.

What would be the purpose of overclocking this system? (just wondering) Is it for gaming or just for the hell of it? If it's for gaming, you really should have more RAM, & if you're using the onboard graphics, you should get a *real* video card.
I just did a quick googling using your board's model number & it appears to lack the necessary overclocking options.

With a fixed clock frequency of 199.00MHz, and no way of changing the multiplier or adjusting voltages, you are out of luck doing anything from the BIOS.
The only other option is to try the software overclock route.
