You will notice no improvement in overclocking as your system is just too old for modern software

OEM systems are notorious for having no frill BIOS', so your options are going to be limited to (if you are lucky) dip switches on the motherboard or software overclock utilities like SoftFSB, SpeedFan, SetFSB and the rest, but don't expect anything you are able to do will appreciably speed up the system's productivity.

If your BIOS has cpu options, take your bus speed up a notch from 100MHz to 112MHz. Your CPU will run at 450MHz. I wouldn't go any higher than that. The P2s have external L2 cache, making them a lot more sensitive to overclocking than modern CPUs with integrated cache.
If there are no BIOS options (or jumpers on the motherboard) to adjust clock speeds, I'd forget it. Windows-based overclocking software isn't very reliable.
