How do I overclock a 2400 xp cpu with a asus a7v8x-x motherboard and 512mb pc2100 memory to a safe speed without overheating anything?

I just did with the same motherboard but AMD Athlon XP 2800+! My clock speed was 2.08 Ghz and now I have some 2.11 Ghz but the CPU°c = +5°c, sure I've some speedy now but I gonna with for more I don't trust my cooler, so tomorrow a nieuw one!
