I have a mobo manufactured by Digital Equipment corp. who mereged with compaq and compaq teamed with HP; but anywho, i go into my PhoenixBIOS that is on here and I cant overclock? No options for it...? Could this be because my bios needs upgrading? Or maybe is it just not overclockable?

Depends on what settings are available in the BIOS. If you can select FSB or multiplier, you may be in luck.

Older mobo's use jumper settings to define the FSB and multiplier.

You may have to open the case and check out the jumper settings
