With my computer, that i bought about 3 months ago, i purchased an FX 5900 ultra w/ 256MB of RAM. I just saw on www.alienware.com that they have a new one called the FX 5950 which has higher clocks speeds and better performance. I have powerstripe and was wondering how to overclock the 5900 to the specs of the 5950 "SAFELY". Will i need to buy extra fans, even though i have 9 in my case, and how do i overclock it...gradually, crank it up right then, etc...

specs for 5900 - 450Mhz core and 850Mhz mem
specs for 5950 - 500Mhz core and 975Mhz mem

Any help would be appreciated, thanx
