I want to overclock my pc.(p3 866)
Can i overclock more if i put my case open ?
Or does that stay the same

There are at least three different types of PIII 866, which one do you have?

They run from 1.65, 1.7 and 1.75 volt default. Having the case open is not a good idea, you may spill coffee or drinks, and worse drop your phone handset onto your board. Besides, it may just reduce your case temp by 3-5 degrees C, as such you may want to install a couple 80 mm case fans.

PIII has a max output of 25-28 Watts, which is low in today standard. Any good HSF will handle your overclocking need.

i think it is a 1.65 volt
What is the different ?
The max. temp i have seen of it is 35 °
Can i change my 133 fsb to 150 whitout extra cooling ?
Shoud i change my volt too ?
