I've been having video card problem or display problem with my comp. Therefore I decided to mess around with the BIOS, and I changed my display to read PCI (I had noting in the PCI slot other than my modem),but before it was AGP and the just to see what will happen, I overclocked my computer in BIOS. The afterward effects really messed up my machine. Now the computer does not turn on at all and the monitor screen remains black, but the fan and the heat processor are still running. What did I do and What are the possible solutions in solving this problem? Thank you. One more thing, is it possible to reset the motherboard. Thank you.

YES! You can and should reset the motherboard. Do this by un-plugging the computer from the mains, then remove the battery from the motherboard for a minute. Put the battery back in, plug the computer back in and it should have reset.

Hardly is there a reason to venture into the BIOS of an OEM computer. Do as Pistal said and stay out of computer BIOSes till you familiarise yourself more with what it is.

Yes, that should have been the FIRST lesson you learned with this potentially computer lethal faux pas.
