What are you trying to accomplish? What do you expect to gain from a mere 200MHz overclock? That's just a 7% increase...do you really think you'll notice any difference?
1GB of which RAM...DDR266, DDR333, DDR400? And what about the video...are you running an AGP card or the crappy Intel integrated graphics?

You didn't answer why you wanna overclock but if better gaming performance is the reason, you need a new video card, not an overclocked CPU. The 6200A is extremely weak.
I just had a look at the BIOS chapter in your motherboard manual & it doesn't appear to have the necessary options for overclocking.
Summary: Not all motherboards support overclocking and not all cpu's can be clocked. It isn't as simple as looking for a setting that says 'overclock my cpu'!! You won't really notice any advantage of 2.8 to ...
Summary: My RAM says its timing are 4-4-4-12. Yes I understand the FSB to RAM ratio, but I can't over what seems like 333-350 without it not working. That isn't much of an overclock considering the CPU is only...
