What are you trying to accomplish? What do you expect to gain from a mere 200MHz overclock? That's just a 7% increase...do you really think you'll notice any difference?

1GB of which RAM...DDR266, DDR333, DDR400? And what about the video...are you running an AGP card or the crappy Intel integrated graphics?

You didn't answer why you wanna overclock but if better gaming performance is the reason, you need a new video card, not an overclocked CPU. The 6200A is extremely weak.

I just had a look at the BIOS chapter in your motherboard manual & it doesn't appear to have the necessary options for overclocking.
