overclock amd athlon in a7s-le mobo

Hi, Sorry I posted about an athlon overclock, the mobo is from a sony vaio pcv-rx450. I thought it was a asus board but should have know better. Did a quick search on it and saw asus a7s-le, but further research showed me it was one of those sites that just match anything you type.
Can I overclock this board? or is it like compaq board. I think it is a foxcomm board, it has an athlon 1.0 ghz cpu, will I have to short the cpu to lock it? and can this board oc?
