go in bios and up the fsb in 3-5 at the time

dont go higher than 38 in pci bus speed cos youll get a corrupted harddrive.

someone else will probably post a better "guide"

My 2.0 Ghz Celeron is running at 3 ghz at a mere 1.650 volt.

Expect the 2.4 could reach 3.1 to 3.3 ghz range.
